The Compact Award is presented to the two upperclassmen most proficient in the study of US history and best understanding of the Constitution at any New York high school.
Each student will receive (1) a Mayflower Compact Certificate, personalized with awardee’s name, school, and date of awards ceremony, and (2) a $100 check payable to the awardee.
2025 Compact Awards
In 2025, 70 schools from across New York State nominated their top 2 high school juniors and seniors who excelled in the study of American History. Nearly 140 students received Compact Awards. The Society’s mission to recognize academic excellence supports both student achievement and the importance of academic programming in American History.
